National Parks Have It All

Visit America’s Natural Wonders

Whether you enjoy relaxing on a beach, taking in majestic views of mountains, or exploring desert landscapes, the US National Parks, with more than 400 destinations, offer a wide range of vacation options. While the crowds flock to the big-name national parks, we have some off-the-beaten-path recommendations that will leave you in awe.

Other Grand Canyons — Canyonlands National Park, Utah

Ready to explore a wilderness of countless canyons and amazingly formed buttes carved by the Colorado River and its tributaries? Then this is the place. Not far from the iconic Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park offers stunning views and far fewer crowds.

A True Water Park — Biscayne National Park, Florida

Biscayne National Park has it all for water lovers: fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of Biscayne Bay. Part of the northern Florida Keys, the park is only 5% made up of land and encompasses coral reefs, islands, and shoreline mangroves.

Moving Dunes? You Bet! — Indiana Dunes National Park, Indiana

While Indiana is best known for corn and basketball, the Indiana Dunes National Park is home to the world’s largest lakeshore dunes. The 15,000-acre park offers wildlife, wetlands, sandy beaches, and “living dunes,” which can move up to several feet yearly due to winds.

Hot Stuff — Lassen Volcanic National Park, California

Turning from one beautiful form to another, Lassen Volcanic National Park hosts spectacular steaming fumaroles, wildflower-dotted meadows, pristine mountain lakes, and numerous volcanoes. The landscape tells the tale of an eruptive past while hot water continues to shape the land.

The Intersection of Ice, Mountains, and Ocean — Kenai Fjords National Park, Alaska

The ice age lingers on the edge of the Kenai Peninsula, where the Kenai Fjords National Park encompasses roughly 670,000 acres. A sanctuary for wildlife, the Harding Icefield within the park is home to nearly 40 glaciers, coastal fjords, and islands.
